¼ cup Cup tequila or orange juice
2 teaspoons Peeled, chopped fresh ginger root
2 tablespoons Freshly squeezed lime juice
1 cup Crushed ice or small ice cubes
2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro leaves
\N \N Salt for the glass
2 \N Yellow cherry tomatoes
2 \N Thin slices of lime

GARNISH

Here's a really neat recipe I ran across somewhere, it isn't spicy but you could probably puree in a couple of habs... most people who see it think it is some sort of fruit smoothie and the taste really surprises them! ~Melinda

In a blender, smoothly puree the tomato and tequila or orange juice. Add ginger and lime juice, whirling to blend, then add ice cubes and blend until smooth. Add cilantro, then whirl just until cilantro is coarsely chopped. Be careful; if you overblend, your drink will turn green. Dip the rims of two glasses into water, then into salt to coat. Pour the drinks into the glasses. Garnish each glass with a cherry tomato and slice of lime. Serves 2.
