Measure | Ingredient |

2 \N | Boxes confectioners sugar; (16 oz. each) |
1 cup | Unsweetened cocoa |
½ cup | Milk |
1 cup | Butter |
2 tablespoons | Vanilla |
Mix sugar and cocoa in glass bowl. Add milk and butter, but do not stir.
Cook at High 4½ to 6 minutes or until the butter is melted. Add vanilla and stir until smooth; spread into a well greased 12 x 8-inch dish.
Chill until firm.
