Ingredients

| 2 | Boxes confectioners sugar; (16 oz. each) | |
| 1 | cup | Unsweetened cocoa |
| ½ | cup | Milk |
| 1 | cup | Butter |
| 2 | tablespoons | Vanilla |
Directions
Mix sugar and cocoa in glass bowl. Add milk and butter, but do not stir.
Cook at High 4½ to 6 minutes or until the butter is melted. Add vanilla and stir until smooth; spread into a well greased 12 x 8-inch dish.
Chill until firm.
