Ingredients
| Quantity | Ingredient | |

| 1 | can | Evaporated milk | 
| 4 | cups | Sugar | 
| ¾ | cup | Margarine | 
| 1 | pounds | Milk chocolate -or- | 
| 2 | Bags (12-oz) chocolate chips | |
| ½ | pounds | Marshmallows | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Vanilla | 
Directions
Place evap milk, sugar, and margarine in a large saucepan.  Heat and bring to a boil. Let it boil EXACTLY 5 minutes. Put all other ingredients into a large bowl.  Pour the hot mixture over and mix until everything has melted. 
Pour the fudge into 1 or 2 buttered 9x13 pans and place in a cool spot so it will harden. Cut into squares and enjoy.
