Microwave field corn

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pint Frozen field corn
¾ cup Water
\N \N Salt; pepper & butter to taste

Place corn in 1-½ quart casserole. Thaw 10 minutes in microwave oven.

Take out and stir to separate. Thaw 5 more minutes. Add water, cook 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Season to taste. (Note: if corn has been somewhat cooked before freezing, add ½ cup water and cook 10 minutes).

Serves 4-6.
