Three-minute microwave carmelcorn

Yield: 4 Quarts

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Corn syrup
¼ cup Margarine
½ cup Brown sugar
¼ teaspoon Baking soda
4 quarts Popcorn, popped

Cook corn syrup, margarine, and brown sugar on high for 3 minutes. Stir and add baking soda. Stir until smooth. Cook 30 seconds more on high, stir.

Pour over popcorn and mix until well coated.
