Meatloaf and gravy

Ingredients

1Onion; chopped finely
1Rib celery; chopped finely
¾cupRolled oats
½cupMilk powder
1teaspoonThyme
½teaspoonEach salt; pepper, sage, dry mustard
1pinchAllspice
2cupsBeef broth
2tablespoonsFlour

Directions

Combine meat, vegetables, rolled oats, milk powder and spices and mix well.

Add ½ c broth, mix again, place into 8x3 inch loaf pan. Bake 350F, 30 min. Pour another ½ c broth over meatloaf, bake in 350F a further 45 min.
