Meatloaf and gravy

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Ground beef (or 1/2 lb beef; 1/2 lb veal, 1/2 lb pork, all ground)
1 large Grated carrot
1 Onion; chopped finely
1 Rib celery; chopped finely
¾ cup Rolled oats
½ cup Milk powder
1 teaspoon Thyme
½ teaspoon Each salt; pepper, sage, dry mustard
1 pinch Allspice
2 cups Beef broth
2 tablespoons Flour

Combine meat, vegetables, rolled oats, milk powder and spices and mix well.

Add ½ c broth, mix again, place into 8x3 inch loaf pan. Bake 350F, 30 min. Pour another ½ c broth over meatloaf, bake in 350F a further 45 min.
