Ingredients

2Eggs, lightly beaten

Piquant sauce

Directions

1. Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped onions, salt and pepper and beaten eggs and milk in a large bowl. Stir well. Shape meat mix- ture into a 12 x 7 inch loaf. Place in a 13 x 9 x 3 baking dish. Bake at 350F for 1 hour 15 minutes.

2. Remove from oven and pour Piquant Sauce over top of loaf. Return meat to oven and bake an additional 15 min. Transfer loaf to a serving platter.

Piquant Sauce:
