Directions
Cream together ½ cup butter & 1 cup sugar. Beat in gradually 4 well beaten egg yolks, 6 Tbls. hot water & 3 Tbls. brandy. Put into a bowl & spoon over the top of 4 egg whites which have been beaten stiff.
