Crabmeat maryland

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 ounces Butter
1½ tablespoon Flour
½ pint Milk
1 can Crabmeat
\N \N Wine glass sherry
\N \N Lemon juice

Melt butter in pan over gentle heat, Blend in flour and gradually add milk stirring all the time until mixture is smooth and thick. Cook for about 5 mins. then add crabmeat and stir gently so pieces do not get broken. When this heated through add a little more milk and sherry and a few drops lemon juice. Heat and serve on freshly made toast.
