Yield: 6 servings
|1 cup||Butter, softened|
|1 cup||Parmesan cheese, grated|
|5||Garlic cloves, minced or pressed|
|3 tablespoons||Parsley (fresh), chopped|
|1||Loaf French bread (baguette), cut lengthwise|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix all ingredients except the bread together in a bowl. Spread the mixture onto the French bread. Wrap bread in aluminum foil. Bake for 20 minutes. Unwrap and place under broiler to brown.
