Mary's garlic bread

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Butter, softened
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
½ cup Mayonnaise
5 \N Garlic cloves, minced or pressed
3 tablespoons Parsley (fresh), chopped
½ teaspoon Oregano
1 \N Loaf French bread (baguette), cut lengthwise

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix all ingredients except the bread together in a bowl. Spread the mixture onto the French bread. Wrap bread in aluminum foil. Bake for 20 minutes. Unwrap and place under broiler to brown.

NOTES:
