Garlic bread #2

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Water
2 cups Plus
1 tablespoon Bread flour
1 tablespoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
½ tablespoon Applesauce
2 tablespoons Parmesan (freshly grated)
½ teaspoon Sweet basil
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Garlic paste (see note)
1½ teaspoon Yeast

NOTE: ¼ t finely chopped garlic may be substituted for the paste.
