Rosemary-garlic bread

Measure Ingredient
2 larges Garlic cloves, crushed
1½ tablespoon Butter
2 \N Pieces French bread, sliced
\N \N 3/4-inch thick
1 \N Rosemary sprig

1. Place crushed garlic in small skillet along with butter. Heat until butter begins to bubble. Brush bread generously with garlic butter, using the rosemary sprig as a brush.

2. Place bread on baking sheet with rosemary sprig arranged across slices. Broil 4 inches under broiler until bread is browned, about 30 seconds. Discard rosemary. Serve bread immediately.
