Marti's apple crisp

Ingredients

4Apples; cored peeled sliced
¼cupWater;
½teaspoonFresh lemon juice;
Non-nutritive sweetener = To 2/3 cup sugar
¼cupFlour;
½teaspoonCinnamon;
½teaspoonAllspice;
3tablespoonsDiet margarine;
½cupParmesan cheese; grated (not sure about this: in the book it read as this
½Parmesan cheese; grated (you may have to wing it)!

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a shallow baking dish and place apple slices on bottom. Combine water, lemon juice, and sweetener and pour over apples. Combine dry ingredients; cut in margarine until it is the consistency of large peas. Sprinkle over apples. If desired, cover with grated cheese.
