Marinated oriental chicken

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Orange juice
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Dry Sherry
2 teaspoons Minced peeled fresh ginger
½ teaspoon Vinegar
¼ teaspoon Sugar
4 \N Boneless chicken breast halves
1 tablespoon Sesame seeds; toasted

Combine first 7 ingredients in large shallow dish. Add chicken to marinade.

Cover with plastic and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight, turning occasionally.

Preheat broiler. Remove chicken from marinade. Broil chicken until brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Serves 4.
