Oriental chicken marinade

½cupSoy Sauce
¼cupSherry Or Rice Wine
2tablespoonsDehydrated Onion
2Cloves Garlic, Crushed
1tablespoonHot Oil
1tablespoonSesame Oil
1tablespoonGrated Ginger Root
1tablespoonFermented Black Beans

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a zip-Lock freezer bag. Shake well and mix. Add chicken pieces and shake to coat all parts. Place in refrigerator for at least four hours, turning every hour. Remove chicken, savving the marinade for basting. Grill chicken over medium hot coals, basting as needed until done. Do Not use remaining marinade as a dipping sauce as it will be contaminated from the raw chicken.
