Oriental smoked chicken

Measure Ingredient
1 Fryer (4 pound)
6 tablespoons Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Raisin sauce
2 tablespoons White wine
1 Green onion, minced
1 teaspoon Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Minced ginger
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
