Marinade for grilled catfish

5tablespoonsRed wine vinegar
5teaspoonsWhite horseradish
teaspoonGarlic powder
teaspoonDried basil
teaspoonSalt
¾teaspoonGround red pepper

Directions

Mix and pour over fish. Cover in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Use also as basting sauce on grill.
