Marinade for grilled catfish

| 5 | tablespoons | Red wine vinegar |
| 5 | teaspoons | White horseradish |
| 2½ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| 2½ | teaspoon | Dried basil |
| 1¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Ground red pepper |
Directions
Mix and pour over fish. Cover in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Use also as basting sauce on grill.
