Marinade for chicken barbeque

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Tomato puree
¼ cup Oil
1 Packet sweetener
5 teaspoons Soy sauce
2 Cloves garlic; crushed
1 teaspoon Lemon pepper
100 grams Onion; chopped
½ cup Dry white wine

Source: " Entertaining with Weigh-Less " Mix ingredients together and pour over chicken pieces. Marinate chicken overnight. Cook in the marinade for 15 minutes, then cook over the coals.

Baste regularly.

Although this recipe is for a barbeque, I have often used it for a chicken casserole, adding extra vegetables and cooking at 180C (350 F) for about 2 hours - or until chicken is done.
