Marinade for bbq

Measure Ingredient
⅔ cup Soy sauce
⅓ cup Dry sherry
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder or 1 clove

1 teaspoon Lemon juice
\N \N Ginger -- to taste
1 tablespoon Honey
6 \N 8 chicken thighs skinless

Remove skin from thighs of chicken and marinate in sauce for 1-2 hours, then bbq for half an hour on low heat to prevent flame up, do not char. Enough fat will cook out of the meat to give a nice BBQ flavor.
