| ¼ | cup | Fresh lemon juice |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dijon style mustard |
| 1 | teaspoon | Worcestershire |
| ¼ | cup | Canola oil |
| 2 | Minced cloves of garlic (up to 3) | |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped fresh parsley |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dried oregano |
| Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste | ||
Directions
Here is a nice marinade for grilled chicken breast or chicken wings. The combination of citrus goes well with the herbs. Marinate chicken breasts 3-4 hours in this mixture or wings 4-6 hours. It also works well for cooking in the skillet too. (If you can't get fresh parsley, use 1 tablespoon dried.)
Combine the juices, mustard and worcestershire in a nonreactive bowl. Whisk in the oil a little at a time. Add the garlic, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper.
