Maple peanut yummies

Measure Ingredient
1¾ cup Pillsbury's Best All Purpose Flour
½ teaspoon Soda
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Baking powder
½ cup Firmly packed brown sugar
½ cup Shortening
½ cup Crunchy peanut butter
⅓ cup Maple syrup
1 Egg

OVEN 350 deg makes 48 cookies

In large mixer bowl combine all ingredients. Blend well with mixer. Shape into balls using a rounded teaspoon for each. Place on ungreased cookie sheets; flatten with a fork, in a criss-cross fashion. Bake at 350 deg for 12 -15 minutes. Cool. ** Note, I dip my fork in cinnamon sugar!
