Maple cream

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Sweetened condensed milk
½ cup Water
1 cup Granulated sugar
¾ cup Maple sugar
1 tablespoon Butter
¾ cup Pecan meats cut into small pieces
½ teaspoon Vanilla

Blend milk, water, sugar and syrup, dissolve thoroughly, heat slowly to boiling point, cook slowly to soft ball stage when tested in cold water. Remove from fire, drop in butter and flavoring, do not stir.

When lukewarm beat until creamy, ad nuts, spread in buttered pan.
