Mango sauce

1 cup

Ingredients

cupMango, peeled and chopped
cupChicken broth
2teaspoonsLime juice
teaspoonGinger, peeled and grated
1teaspoonSerrano chile seeded and minced

Directions

Combine all ingredients in small saucepan and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour into a blender and process until smooth.
