Mango sauce
1 cup
Ingredients

| ⅔ | cup | Mango, peeled and chopped |
| ⅔ | cup | Chicken broth |
| 2 | teaspoons | Lime juice |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Ginger, peeled and grated |
| 1 | teaspoon | Serrano chile seeded and minced |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in small saucepan and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour into a blender and process until smooth.
