Mango sauce

Yield: 1 cup

Measure Ingredient
⅔ cup Mango, peeled and chopped
⅔ cup Chicken broth
2 teaspoons Lime juice
1½ teaspoon Ginger, peeled and grated
1 teaspoon Serrano chile seeded and minced

Combine all ingredients in small saucepan and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour into a blender and process until smooth.
