Quick mango/bonnet sauce

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Really ripe mango
5 \N Scotch bonnets
2 \N Cayennes (for color)
1 tablespoon Minced onion
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
⅛ teaspoon Cumin
3 pinches Seasoned salt; more or less
1 pinch Dried thyme
\N \N Little cider vinegar (to thin out)
1 \N Lime; juice of
