Mango-tequila sauce

Yield: 1 cup

Measure Ingredient
3 \N Ripe mangos
3 tablespoons Tequila; preferably gold
½ teaspoon Ground nutmeg

1. Peel the mangos; cut the pulp off the pits. In a food processor, blender, or food mill, puree the mango pulp.

2. Place the mango pulp and tequila in a small nonreactive saucepan.

Bring to a boil. Stir and remove from the heat. Stir in the nutmeg.

Chill several hours before serving.
