Mandarin shrimp hors d'ouevres

| 1 | pounds | Small shrimp, cleaned Salt to taste |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sherry |
Directions
Heat oil in wok or frying pan. Add shrimp and stir fry until pink; drain. Sprinkle with salt and sherry and serve.
