¼ cup | Almonds or macadamia nuts; chopped |
¼ cup | Pineapple; crushed |
¼ cup | Mayonnaise |
¼ teaspoon | Curry powder |

Shred Mahi Mahi with fingers. Combine fish, nuts, pineapple, mayonnaise, curry and egg. Mex well. Form into patties. Fry or broil.
