|3 cups||Broiled mahi mahi|
|¼ cup||Almonds or macadamia nuts; chopped|
|¼ cup||Pineapple; crushed|
|¼ teaspoon||Curry powder|
|1 \N||Egg; beaten|
Shred Mahi Mahi with fingers. Combine fish, nuts, pineapple, mayonnaise, curry and egg. Mex well. Form into patties. Fry or broil.
