1 carton | (8 oz) Pina Colada yogurt |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
1 tablespoon | Butter |
1 cup | (3 1/2 oz) Macadamia nuts |
Place mahi-mahi in bag. Add yogurt & mix thoroughly to coat.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Arrange mahi-mahi in baking pan. Sprinkle with salt. Bake in 350 oven for 25 minutes. Remove to serving platter; sprinkle with toasted nuts & serve.
