Mad dog's rib rub

Ingredients

¼cupPaprika
¼cupGround sweet red pepper
¼cupGround black pepper
¼cupSugar, granulated
¼cupBrown Sugar, packed
1tablespoonGarlic powder
1tablespoonGround White Pepper
1tablespoonCayenne Pepper

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a covered bowl and mix well. Use about 2 tablespoons of rub for each side of a rib slab. Rub the slab generously with white vinegar before adding rub. It kicks in the rub.
