|8 \N||Skinless fish fillets|
|3½ cup||Mayo (up to 4)|
|\N \N||Lemon pepper seasoning|
|\N \N||Dried parsley flakes|
Coat fish with flour and shake off excess. Spread mayo on top of fish.
Sprinkle with lemon pepper and parsley. Lay in dish without overlapping fish and add ⅛" water to dish to keep fish moist. Bake on 350 for approx 20 min or until you can flake fish with fork.
