Yield: 4 Servings
|1 pounds||Fish filets|
|Crazy Jane salt|
|Black pepper; freshly ground|
|Dill weed; crushed|
|3 tablespoons||Butter or margarine|
|2 teaspoons||Capers with juice|
|2 tablespoons||Lemon juice|
Spray or brush cookie sheet with cooking oil. Place filets on greased surface and sprinkle with salt, pepper, dill weed and dots of butter. Bake at 375ø for 6 to 8 minutes. Turn and bake another 6 to 8 minutes or until fish is flaky. To make sauce melt the butter, tarragon, capers and lemon juice together. Serve sauce over warm fish. Yield: 4 servings.
