Cajun-styled baked fish

4teaspoonsVegetable oil
1tablespoonPaprika
1teaspoonOnion powder
½teaspoonGarlic powder
¼teaspoonSalt
teaspoonGround red pepper; up to 1/4
1poundsFish fillet; (sole, flounder)
¼cupGreen pepper cut in thin slices

Directions

From: HallieByrd <HallieByrd@...> Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl combine oil, paprika, thyme, onion and garlic powders, salt and red pepper. Spread mixture evenly on one side of each fish fillet. Place fillets on alightly oiled baking pan seasoning side up. Bake until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, 8-10 minutes. Garnish with green pepper strips.
