Cajun-styled baked fish

Measure Ingredient
2 teaspoons Crushed thyme
4 teaspoons Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Onion powder
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Ground red pepper; up to 1/4
1 pounds Fish fillet; (sole, flounder)
¼ cup Green pepper cut in thin slices

From: HallieByrd <HallieByrd@...> Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl combine oil, paprika, thyme, onion and garlic powders, salt and red pepper. Spread mixture evenly on one side of each fish fillet. Place fillets on alightly oiled baking pan seasoning side up. Bake until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, 8-10 minutes. Garnish with green pepper strips.
