Low-cholesterol oatmeal cookies

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Sunflower oil
2 tablespoons Molasses
1 tablespoon Honey
1 \N Egg white
3 tablespoons Water
¾ teaspoon Vanilla
2 cups Rolled oats
½ cup White flour
⅓ cup Whole wheat flour
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Cloves
½ teaspoon Nutmeg
½ cup Walnuts chopped

Preheat oven to 350. Cream oil and molasses and honey. Mix in egg white, water and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Do not over-mix. Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until brown.
