Healthy oatmeal cookies

Ingredients

½cupOatmeal
½cupWhole wheat flour
1cupSucanat* (granulated cane
Juice)
1cupShredded coconut
3tablespoonsFeatherweight* (baking
Powder)
1teaspoonSalt, Optional
1cupChopped walnuts
1cupRaisins
4tablespoonsWater
2teaspoonsVanilla extract
½cupHoney (raw)
116 oz. can pineapple

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. In large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.

3. In blender, mix water, vanilla extract, honey and pineapple. Add to above contents.

4. Drop by spoonfuls on to non-stick baking sheet at 350 degrees F.

for 10-12 minutes.
