| 1 | Stick butter | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Parsley; dried flakes |
| 3 | tablespoons | Romano cheese fresh; shredded finely |
| 3 | tablespoons | Parmesan cheese fresh; shredded finely |
| 1 | tablespoon | Garlic; minced |
Directions
Melt butter and add remaining ingredients. Spread on bread and broil till golden (about 3-4 minutes)
