Lima beans smitane

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
10 ounces Lima beans, frozen
1 each Pimento
½ cup Sour cream
3 tablespoons Chives
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Cook limas as package directs. Dice pimento and chop chives. Drain limas. Lightly toss all ingredients together. Source: Good Housekeeping Illustrated
