Lima beans

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Boxes of frozen limas
½ \N Stick butter
½ cup Onion, chopped
2 \N Stems celery, chopped
½ pint Coffee Rich
1 tablespoon Flour

Saute celery and onion in butter until tender and stir in flour. Cook and drain limas. Stir in onions and celery. Fold in ½ pint of Coffee Rich. Randy Rigg
