½Stick butter
½cupOnion, chopped
2Stems celery, chopped
½pintCoffee Rich
1tablespoonFlour

Directions

Saute celery and onion in butter until tender and stir in flour. Cook and drain limas. Stir in onions and celery. Fold in ½ pint of Coffee Rich. Randy Rigg
