Lemon ginger chicken salad

Ingredients

½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
¼ | cup | Sour cream or yogurt |
1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
½ | teaspoon | Lemon rind, grated |
½ | teaspoon | Ginger |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
2 | cups | Chicken, cooked, diced |
1 | cup | Grapes, halved |
1 | cup | Celery, cut fine |
Toasted silvered almonds |
Directions
Stir together first 6 ingredients. Add chicken, grapes and celery and toss lightly to coat. Chill several hours before serving. Sprinkle with toasted almonds just before serving.
