2 | cups | Cooked rice; chilled |
2 | larges | Stalks celery; sliced (two is about 1-1/2 cups) |
½ | cup | Sliced stuffed olives |
3 | tablespoons | Bacon-flavored vegetable protein chips (bacos) |
Parsley sprigs | ||
¾ | cup | Mayonnaise |
1 | tablespoon | Barbecue sauce |
¼ | teaspoon | Liquid smoke |
Directions
BARBECUE DRESSING
Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice & salt. Add rice, celery, olives & barbecue dressing; toss lightly & sprinkle with protein chips & garnish with parsley.
