Lemon barbecue chicken salad

2largesStalks celery; sliced (two is about 1-1/2 cups)
½cupSliced stuffed olives
3tablespoonsBacon-flavored vegetable protein chips (bacos)
Parsley sprigs
¾cupMayonnaise
1tablespoonBarbecue sauce
¼teaspoonLiquid smoke

Directions

BARBECUE DRESSING

Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice & salt. Add rice, celery, olives & barbecue dressing; toss lightly & sprinkle with protein chips & garnish with parsley.
