Lemon gelatin

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Sweetened lemon flavored gelatin
1 cup Cold water
1 cup Boiling water
1 cup Diced fruit
Few grains salt

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and salt. Mix thoroughly. Pour into mold. chill until partially set. Arrange fruit in gelatin. chill. Serve with cream and sugar, whipped cream, or soft custard. 6 servings.
