Orange gelatin

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Gelatin
¾ cup Cold water
½ cup Boiling water
½ cup Orange juice
⅓ cup Sugar
\N \N Few grains salt
2 tablespoons Lemon juice

Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve in boiling water. Add sugar and salt. Stir until dissolved. Add strained fruit juices. Pour into mold. Chill. 4 servings.
