Ingredients

¼cupSugar
½teaspoonSalt
¼cupButter; room temperature
¾cupMilk; scalded
1Egg + 1 yolk; room temp.
¼teaspoonLemon extract
2teaspoonsDried or freshly grated lemon peel

Directions

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start.

In hot & humid weather, use ⅛ c less water.
