Lemon bread

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Yeast
3 cups Bread flour
¼ cup Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ cup Butter; room temperature
¾ cup Milk; scalded
1 Egg + 1 yolk; room temp.
¼ teaspoon Lemon extract
2 teaspoons Dried or freshly grated lemon peel

FOR 1-½ LB. LOAF

Place all ingredients into breadmaker pan in the order above, select white bread and push start.
