Measure Ingredient
1 pack Active dry yeast
3 cups Bread flour
¼ cup Sugar
¼ cup Butter
1 \N Egg
1 \N Egg yolk
½ teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Lemon peel; grated
¼ teaspoon Lemon extract
¾ cup Whole milk; scalded

All ingredients should be at or slightly above room temperature before starting. Add ingredients to the pan in the order listed. Select "White Bread". Press "Start".
