Ingredients

1canEvaporated milk; chilled
1packLemon jello
1cupSugar
1⅓cupWater; boiling
1Lemon; juice and rind of
15Grahm crackers; crushed

Directions

Mix the lemon jello, sugar, water lemon juice and rind and chill till syrupy, then whip. Whip the can of cream and them whip into the lemon mixture. Line the bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan with ½ of the crushed grahm crackers, then pour the lemon mixture over the crumbs. Sprinkel remaining crumbs on the top. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
