Lemonade muffins

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Flour
¼ cup Sugar
2½ teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
1 \N Beaten egg
1 can (6-oz) frozen lemonade; thawed
¼ cup Milk
⅓ cup Cooking oil
½ cup Chopped walnuts



Preheat oven to 375øF, prepare pans. Mix dry ingredients. Combine wet mix ingredients except nuts & only ½ cup lemonade, add to dry mix stir until just moistened. Gently stir in nuts. Spoon into pans & bake for 15-20 mins or until done. While hot, brush with remaining lemonade & sprinkle with white sugar. Makes 8-9 large muffins.
