Lemon aioli

Measure Ingredient
½ cup mayonnaise
2.00 tablespoon lemon juice
1.00 teaspoon lemon zest; chopped
1.00 teaspoon dijon mustard
1.00 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 salt; to taste
1 freshly ground black pepper; to taste
1.00 dash tabasco sauce
¼ cup olive oil

Place all ingredients except the olive oil in the work bowl of the food processor. Process until smooth. While the machine is running, slowly add the oil, until all is incorporated. Season with Tabasco, salt, and pepper. This recipe yields about 1 cup of Lemon Aioli.
