Aioli sauce

Measure Ingredient
2 Egg;yolk of;
5 Garlic;crushed;cloves
1 teaspoon Mustard;prepared
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
¾ cup Olive Oil
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 French Bread;crustless;slice
¼ cup Milk

Sauce for seafood, beef.

Soak bread in milk, wring dry. Place all ingredients except olive oil in blender or processor; blend until smooth, slowly adding oil.
