1 teaspoon | Chef Prudhomme vegetable seasoning (or any cajun-type stuff) |

Made the patties and sauteed in very little olive oil (just enough so they don't burn) in a cast iron frying pan until brown on both sides. Served with sauteed onions, pineapple and green peppers and homemade tartar sauce.
