Fish patties

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | (maybe more) seasoned bread crumbs |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 1 | Handful fine chopped celery | |
| 1 | Handful fine chopped and onion | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Chef Prudhomme vegetable seasoning (or any cajun-type stuff) |
| Snipped fresh thyme and scallions from my garden | ||
Directions
Made the patties and sauteed in very little olive oil (just enough so they don't burn) in a cast iron frying pan until brown on both sides. Served with sauteed onions, pineapple and green peppers and homemade tartar sauce.
