Measure | Ingredient |

1 large | Can crushed pineapple, drain and save the juice |
1 cup | American cheese, cut up |
1 cup | Or more marshmallows |
½ cup | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | Flour |
1 \N | Egg yolk |
\N \N | Salt |
½ cup | Pineapple juice |
Put drained pineapple into a salad bowl. Add cheese and marshmallows. Toss lightly. Make a dressing with the juice, sugar, flour, egg yolk, and salt. If dressing is too thick, add water. Pour over pineapple mixture and stir gently. Chill before serving.
