Kohl's pineapple cheese salad

Yield: 1 Recipe

Measure Ingredient
1 large Can crushed pineapple, drain and save the juice
1 cup American cheese, cut up
1 cup Or more marshmallows
½ cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Flour
1 \N Egg yolk
\N \N Salt
½ cup Pineapple juice

Put drained pineapple into a salad bowl. Add cheese and marshmallows. Toss lightly. Make a dressing with the juice, sugar, flour, egg yolk, and salt. If dressing is too thick, add water. Pour over pineapple mixture and stir gently. Chill before serving.
